20 Days Lobuche East Climbing

Lobuche East Climbing (6119m/20,070 ft) is one of the most technical trekkers peak in Everest area. The sheer elevation of Lobuche with rugged climbing route with ice fall and crevasses makes this climbing technically difficult. Lobuche is located close to Khambu Glacier with two distinctive peaks – Lobuche East and Lobuche Far East.

Lobuche East is the major climbing peak and both are separated by deep notched ridge. The first recorded ascent of Lobuche East was made by Laurence Nielson and Sherpa Ang Gyalzen on April 25, 1984.

This climbing itinerary is crafted with combination of Everest Base Camp trek which allows better acclimatization process before climbing.  From top of the Lobuche East peak you get splendid views of Everest alongside Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam and Pumori.

Mera Peak (6476m) is one of the highest trekking peak in Nepal among 33 peaks opened for expedition by Nepal Mountaineering Association. Mera Peak top offers spectacular view of Himalayan ranges with five 8,000m peaks visible which includes Mount Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Kangchenjunga with other 7000 meters peaks located in Everest region. Crossing Amaphu Labtsa pass require mountaineering knowledge and technique. The ice and rock summit is quite exposed and provides good views of Lhotse Shar, Island Peak and the Imja Glacier.
