for it. And if the trip is canceled in a region with bad weather, we will
deduct the airport pickup cost and drop from your eligible expenses.
The indicated price for the helicopter
tour is valid only for a single or double shuttle. Please note that the maximum
total weight of one shuttle is up to 250 kg. And the two shuttles for 500 kg.
(The most significant number of people in a helicopter is five pax). Suppose
the total number of people exceeds the weight limit. We need an additional
helicopter to start your trip from Kathmandu, and the total cost of a helicopter
from Kathmandu will be charged. The weight limit in the Himalayas (above 4400m
altitude) is only 250kg if you need to carry more due to weight management. You
will have to pay extra for an additional shuttle (the price will be divided
equally among the total number of people). For example, if the total number of
people is five and the average weight of one person is 100kg, we need an
additional shuttle from Pheriche due to weight management.
The helicopter tour is the best
alternative to reach Everest base camp because from the beginning to the end of
the trip, you will not have a chance to give your eyes a break. Every second of
this tour will provide you with a different view of the Everest region's valley,
forest, and mountain on this trip.

Best Season for Everest Base Camp Helicopter
Tour
Although the trip is possible
throughout the year, certain months are preferred because of the scenic display
of the Himalayas and Everest region. The spring months of March to May offer a
picturesque natural beauty when the lush green valleys are colored with red,
pink, and white floral shades. While the monsoon months of June and July are
usually avoided due to fog and flight delays.
Autumn (September-November) brings back the warm temperatures and the beautiful
views of the Himalayas. Generally, we consider autumn as the best of the
seasons. But, it's up to you. We are here to make your dreams come true; we
will do our best to meet your expectations at any time of your preference. From
December to February, even the winter months offer new glimpses of the beauty
of the Himalayas despite the cold weather. However, as it is the monsoon
season, June, July, and August are not recommended.

Everest base camp helicopter tour represents a high mountain tour in Nepal. Everest base camp (Kala Patthar) is located at 5545m altitude in Nepal. Landing at an altitude above 4000m is riskier. If you spend more time, it is more possible to suffer from height. Usually, trekkers going to Kala Patthar need 11-14 days to finish their journey to Kala Patthar and Everest Base Camp, but the helicopter flight to Everest Base Camp takes a total of 4-5 hours from Kathmandu. Even if the helicopter lands in Kalapatter, you cannot turn off the helicopter engine because you cannot restart the helicopter due to the high altitude. The weather conditions will also affect the Everest Base Camp helicopter tour.
Helicopter land at Everest base camp because Everest Base Camp is located on the side of the Khumbu Glacier. So there is no possibility to land the helicopter because there is not enough space for the helicopter landing. Another region where you do not land at Everest base camp for the helicopter tour is the best viewpoint, Kalapatter. If you land in Kalapatter, you can see Mt. Everest, Mt. Abadablam, Mt. Pumori, and other high mountains of the Everest region. But in Everest base camp, you will not be able to see all the high mountains of this region because you will be at the foot of the mountains. So Everest base camp helicopter tour will want to offer you the best adventure of your life.

Therefore, depending on weight management, we can manage with a maximum of 3 people at a time. So sometimes we have to do three launches depending on the weight. Then when we do three launches, we have to charge an extra launch for our customers.
Yes, it is possible but only during the climb time and in case of emergency. Normal landing at Everest Base Camp is impossible because Everest Base Camp is located above the glacier, which makes landing difficult and very dangerous. The ground structure of Everest Base Camp is weak. Therefore, the visitors who have Everest Base Camp helicopter tour land on Kala Patthar, the highest point of the Everest trek.

We were in Nepal for the Annapurna
trek with Nepal Tour & Trekking Service P. Ltd. The walk was fantastic and
perfect for a family trip. After seeing Annapurna, we were curious to see Mount
Everest. But we couldn't hike Everest. We even had less time. Kishor and his
team recommended that we take a private helicopter day trip to Everest, booked
the flights, and managed the trip for us even though we had limited time to book.
Since we were with family, he helped us get the flight faster. The view of
Mount Everest is fantastic. We had a fascinating view of Mount Everest from
Kalapathar. I would recommend people who come to Nepal not miss this trip.

experience and highly recommended!!!"
The private helicopter day trip to
Everest base camp was a once in a lifetime experience. I booked the trip with
Kishor, and they booked and organized the flight for me. It takes 5 hours from
Kathmandu airport to the destination. The view of Everest from the Kala Pathar
viewpoint and the view of Everest Hotel was excellent. Breakfast on the lap of
Everest was terrific. I recommend this trip to save time and enjoy the view of
Everest.

We are so glad we did the Everest helicopter
tour with Nepal Tour & Trekking Service P. Ltd. We were anxious about the
mountain weather before we flew to Everest base camp, but they had a great
connection with the locals. They made sure the weather was evident when we flew
to base camp. We had four landings, two in Lukla, one at Everest View Hotel,
and one at Kalapattar, the best viewpoint. The breakfast at the Everest View
Hotel is delicious. I can't believe there are so many options on the mountain.

I have just returned from Kathmandu,
Nepal. I booked the helicopter flight tour to Everest Base Camp with this
company. The owner Kishor was the best and most helpful throughout the trip. We
exchanged more than 50 emails to get it done.
All the time, Kishor was the fastest
person to answer all my questions. It was the highlight of the vacation in
Nepal. I recommend people to take the helicopter tour to Everest Base Camp if
anyone visits the country. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
